During his time in the House of Commons he served in a number of Shadow Cabinet posts leading on business, trade and foreign policy, first for the Labour Party and then for the Liberal Democrats. The government promised to &level up* the UK 每 so what*s stopping it?

If we want more people to enjoy the benefits of living in the fifth-largest economy in the world, we actually have to pay attention to what they really need

Local police were integral to gathering intelligence on Streatham

A lot of the information authorities come to rely on is collected at ground level by the teams that have the deepest knowledge of different communities and districts. Without them, we*d struggle

Even Labour voters know the Lib Dems will beat the Tories

Given the shambles we have seen in the government and the official opposition over the past few years, is it at all surprising?

What are ITV playing at excluding Jo Swinson from its leaders* debate?

Jo Swinson has a greater mandate than any Liberal Democrat leader to participate in televised debates
